Colombian JV Oleoducto de los Llanos Orientales (ODL) was set up to construct the Rubiales-Monterrey pipeline in Colombia, a 235km pipeline connecting the Rubiales heavy oil field in Meta department with the main Colombian oil transportation network at the Monterrey station in Casanare department. The company is engaged in the prospecting , exploration, processing, production and transportation of hydrocarbons, and secondary activities associated with the oil and gas industry.
