Supervision Services for the ODL Pipeline Facilities
Client: Oleoducto de los Llanos Orientales (ODL).
Scope: Supervision services for the construction of a 16KBPD-capacity crude oil unloading facility at the ODL’s Jagüey ER2 pumping station. The project included prefabrication; inspection; piping installation; and oily water, air flushing, drainage and fire protection systems.
VQ’s supervision services focused on construction quality assurance/quality control (CQA/QC), project cost and progress monitoring, HSEQ monitoring and overall contractual compliance.
