Scope: Provide Project Management Services to ensure delivery in terms of scope, cost, risk and quality. The Project Management Services are required to be conducted for each Project pase following the Ocensa's Project Maturity and Management Model and all applicable procedures and standards.

Specific Scope: Management services encompass the administration of the different knowledge areas of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) including:

• Integration Management
• Scope Management
• Time Management
• Cost Management
• Quality Management
• Human Resource Management
• Communications Management
• Risk Management
• Procurement Management
• Stakeholder Management
• HSE Management

Main Projects:

• Electrical protections at the El Porvenir station.
• Increase the reliability and availability of the energy supply to the corporate group members at the Vasconia station.
• Replacement of IQ 1 actuators at the Porvenir, Miraflores, La Belleza, Vasconia, Caucasia, and Coveñas Terminal stations.
• Optimization of stormwater and oily water management along Ocensa Pipeline stations (Cusiana, Porvenir, Miraflores, Caucasia, and Coveñas).
  

Location and Execution Date: Ocensa pipeline stations and maintenance bases (Casanare, Boyacá, Antioquia, Córdoba, Sucre). 2023 – 2026.
