Isagén S.A. E.S.P. is a Colombian state generator engaged in the generation and marketing of electricity, both domestically and internationally. The Medellín-based company has an installed capacity of 3,032MW, accounting for 16.7% of Colombia's total installed capacity and making it the country's second largest generator. Isagen owns six hydro plants, San Carlos (1240 MW), Amoyá (80 MW) Calderas (26 MW), Jaguas (170 MW), Sogamoso (820MW), and Miel I (396 MW), and thermo plant Termocentro (300 MW).
