Scope:
Administrative Support activities for contract preparation, execution and close-out, such as: payments, contract amendment paperwork, support on performance assessments, anomalies management, follow-up to vendors, reimbursable expenses review, administrative adjustments, verification of compliance with labor, legal, social security and contractual obligations and conditions of Contractors in respect of their workers, contractual information, among others.It includes direct administrative, quality related support and information management and the other needs of contract administrators with activities such as:
- Reporting to Control Bodies or different units of ECOPETROL.
- Support to follow-up management and closing of Contract Management Service Alarms, follow-up to indicators, quality of data and information kept in contract management tools.
- Review, analysis and quality assurance of information recorded on IT contract management tools.
- Identification and generation of alarms associated to information management, according to data analysis of topics in reports.
- Review, analysis and quality assurance of information consolidated and recorded in the IT contract management tools.
- Reporting to Control Bodies or different units of ECOPETROL.
