Scope:  Independent technical supervision for the TERRAZAS DE MOLINOS construction project comprising of 288 housing units, three 12-story buildings and two (2) elevators per building. Each building has 8 different types of apartment layouts with an average area of ​​46.53 m² each. The project also includes 117 parking spaces for residents, visitors, handicap users  and motorcycle as well as 38 bicycles parking spaces.

Specific Scope: Independent Technical Supervision services and preparation of Technical occupancy Compliance Report in accordance to Law 1796 of July 13, 2016, Decree 945 of July 5, 2017 and by the Resolution 0017 of December 4, 2017.
