Scope: Technical Supervision for the construction of production facilities, EPFs (Early Production Facilities), CPFs (Centralized Production Facilities), upgrades (expansion or improvement of existing facilities), access roads, flowlines, power lines, platforms in Block CPO-13.

Main Works Under Supervision:

Civil Supervision:

• Construction or expansion of drilling pads and unpaved roads.
• Construction of production facilities.
• Maintenance of gravel access roads and production facilities.
• Construction of administrative facilities or camps.
• Implementation of waste excavation material disposal areas Zodmes.
• Monitoring of civil works to support local communities.

Mechanical Supervision:

• Pipelines and gathering systems.
• Construction and replacement of temporary lines by permanent production lines from wellheads to water and crude oil manifold
• Construction or modification of firefighting systems
• Construction of static and dynamic production facilities
• Construction of water and crude oil storage tanks
• Installation of dynamic surface equipment
• Construction of water and crude oil loading facilities, manifolds, and others facilities.
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning of mechanical and rotating equipment

Electrical and/or Instrumentation Supervision:

• Construction of high, medium, and low voltage power lines
• Construction of fiber optic lines
• Construction of production facilities for crude oil processing
• Construction of electrical generation systems using crude oil
• Construction of cathodic protection systems for facilities and flowlines
• Construction and automation of facilities using SCADA systems
• Construction and installation of well monitoring systems
• Construction of electrical stations and substations
• Construction and automation of firefighting systems
• Construction of chemical injection and measurement systems
• Installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and instruments
• Installation of control instrumentation systems such as valves and compressed air systems for pneumatic supply to instrumentation
• Construction and installation of flow meter systems

Commissioning Supervision: 

• Civil, electrical, and mechanical projects (as applicable), during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. 
• Construction and replacement of temporary lines with permanent production lines from the wellhead to the water and crude oil manifold.
