Client: SURTIGAS

Scope: HSE supervision services for activities conducted by SURTIGAS and its contractors in department of Bolívar-Colombia. It included the following activities:

• Ensure HSE regulatory compliance for works completed at stations, secondary agencies and headquarters of SURTIGAS in Cartagena. 
• Prepare, document, report and monitor results of SURTIGAS planned HSE inspections.
• Coordinate, execute and supervise training on HSE risk assessments.
• Coordinate, execute, assess and document planned HSE drills.
• Assess contractors` HSE management programs in the Bolivar district. 
• Collect and analyze monthly HSE statistics of SURTIGAS and its contractors.
