Scope: HSE
supervision services for activities conducted by SURTIGAS and its contractors in department of Bolívar-Colombia. It included the following activities:
- Ensure HSE regulatory compliance for works completed at stations, secondary agencies and headquarters of SURTIGAS in Cartagena.
- Prepare, document, report and monitor results of SURTIGAS planned HSE inspections.
- Coordinate, execute and supervise training on HSE risk assessments.
- Coordinate, execute, assess and document planned HSE drills.
- Assess contractors` HSE management programs in the Bolivar district.
- Collect and analyze monthly HSE statistics of SURTIGAS and its contractors.
