Scope: Provide specialized services to the Administrative Management to supplement operational needs in non-industrial areas and/or corporate/administrative offices within Colombia. The scope comprehensively support the evaluation, planning, monitoring and control of the following services:
Corporate Services:
- Corporate facilities.
- Travels, hotels, and office supplies.
- Document management and correspondence.
Aviation Services:
- Regional Air Operations Supervisors (SOA).
- Planning, monitoring, and management support for the aviation logistic expenditures
- Support in ensuring operational safety.
- Corporate Air Operations Supervisor.
Operational Services:
- Support in ensuring operational safety – Aviation.
- Air Operations Supervisor.
- Maintenance of physical infrastructure in facilities and stations nationwide.
- Catering, food, lodging, housekeeping, and laundry services.
- Cleaning and cafeteria services.
- Transportation services.
