Scope: Provide specialized services to the Administrative Management to supplement operational needs in non-industrial areas and/or corporate/administrative offices within Colombia. The scope comprehensively support the evaluation, planning, monitoring and control of the following services:

Corporate Services:

• Corporate facilities.
• Travels, hotels, and office supplies.
• Document management and correspondence.

Aviation Services:

• Regional Air Operations Supervisors (SOA).
• Planning, monitoring, and management support for the aviation logistic expenditures
• Support in ensuring operational safety.
• Corporate Air Operations Supervisor.

Operational Services:

• Support in ensuring operational safety – Aviation.
• Air Operations Supervisor.
• Maintenance of physical infrastructure in facilities and stations nationwide.
• Catering, food, lodging, housekeeping, and laundry services.
• Cleaning and cafeteria services.
• Transportation services.
