Scope:
VQ provided Owner's Engineer Services in support of projects related to ECOPETROL 's Infrastructure Program, across Colombia, including:- Upgrading of the Instituto Colombiano de Petroleo's (ICP) operative and administrative facilities in Bucaramanga (Santander).
- Upgrading of the Phase 11COLGAS Building. Bogotá.
- Construction of Offices and Operations Center (CIO) for the Operations Superintendence. Apiay (Meta).
- Apiay and Castilla Camps Construction - Central Operations Superintendence. (Meta).
- Technical Information Center (CIT) construction - Coveñas (Sucre).
- Putumayo's Operations Superintendence, Orito (Putumayo): Hospital construction
- Upgrading of the workers union headquarters (U.S.O). Orito (Putumayo).
- Upgrading of the Instituto Colombiano de Petroleo's (ICP) operative and administrative facilities in Bucaramanga (Santander).

- Magdalena Medio Regional Infrastructure master plan: Construction of the Satelite and Balance Camps in the Barrancabermej a Refinery: El Centro camp and Block 1 offices in El Centro Production Field; (Santander).
