Scope: Project management, engineering design and supervision for the construction of well pads and access roads upgrades for the Tatacoa 1 exploratory well in the Huila Norte Block; Cimarrona 3 exploratory well in Madrigal Block; and Candelo 1 in the Acevedo Oil Field. Services included:

• Site characterization comprising geotechnical and hydrological investigations
• Conceptual and detailed engineering design.
• Bid documents preparation.
• Liaison with contractors and communities within the project area.
• Construction management.
• Construction QA/QC.
• As-built reports.
• Project closure.
