Specific Scope:

The scope and overall activities related to the supervision services are:

  • Verify compliance contracts scopes.
  • Supervision and monitoring of contractors´ performance.
  • Daily progress reports.
  • Daily man-hour reporting.
  • Ensure compliance of HSE requiriments.
  • Verification of reported work quantities.
