Technical supervision for the construction of the Parex Resources’ Community Center in Simacota - Santander

Scope: Technical supervision and monitoring services for the Community Center construction, ensuring compliance of technical specifications and standards as well as on-time and on-budget completion.

 

The project included the construction of the community center in two Phases, Auditorium Social Zones respectively.

 

Phase 1: Auditorium (one level) included:



  • 1 Auditorium: Stage and Multi-purpose hall for 218 people capacity and ​​302.25 m2 area
  • 1 Kitchen, 16.62 m2 area
  • 1 audiovisual room, ​​11.60 m2 area
  • 1 Garbage room, ​12.74 m2 area
  • 1 Warehouse, ​13.64 m2 area
  • Bathrooms for women, ​​29.76 m2 area
  • Bathrooms for men, ​​25.21 m2 area,21 m2
  • Reception, 7.0 m2 area
  • Access hall and fixed point, ​​105.35 m2 area
  • Loading and unloading area
  • Electrical networks
  • Hydraulic and sanitary networks


Phase 2: Social areas, includes:



  • Electrical substation room, ​​20.10 m2 area (first level)
  • Nursing zone, ​​19.10 m2 area (first level)
  • Administration, ​​34.78 m2 area (first level)
  • Store room, ​​27.32 m2 area (first level)
  • Warden's apartment, ​​77.10 m2 area (second level)
  • Games room, ​​77.10 m2 area (second level
  • Gymnasium, 141.56 m2 area (second level)
  • Circulation and fixed point, ​​27.32 m2 area (second level)
  • Vehicular and pedestrian access roads
  • Pathway and urban planning
