Formulation, evaluation, and technical and administrative supervision of civil Works associated with social investment projects to be competed in various field blocks of the VMM (Middle Magdalena Valley) and VIM (Lower Magdalena Valley):

Specific Scope:

Consulting and technical supervision services for the execution of Community Benefit Projects (CBP) areas of interest, including preparation of bidding terms or reference, proposals evaluation, and construction monitoring to ensure that quantities, quality, and timelines are as per the perspective agreements.

Main Projects in the Valle Medio (Santander and Cesar) include:

• Arts House in the San Rafael de Lebrija District of Rionegro.
• Multi-sports arena and seating áreas in the Aguas Blancas Alta area of Simacota.
• Multi-sports arena with fencing and seating areas in the Guayabal area of Simacota.
• Terms of reference for the roof and slab floor for the multi-sports arena in 20 de Julio, Rionegro.
• Terms of reference for the improvement of the Rionegro Hospital.
• Execution of CIC Diviso – La Colorada.
• Installation of three 120-gallon stationary tanks for gas in the 20 de Julio area.
