Maturation of the Portfolio of Projects, Initiatives, Requirements or Opportunities (PIRO) of the Vice Presidency of Commercial Development.
Client:International Gas Transporter, TGI, Grupo Energía Bogotá.
Scope:- Technical and administrative management for the development of the portfolio focused on guaranteeing the execution, monitoring and control of the activities required by the Maturation and Value Creation Model (MMCV). It includes activities such as:
- Study, review, adjustment and verification of technical and administrative documentation, technical concepts, formats and procedures.
- Study, review and verification of compliance with the requirements demanded by TGI for the execution of other contracts.
- Structuring of pre-contractual documents for the configuration of selection processes.
- Verification and management of the offers, procedures or documents of other contractors for the development of the PIRO, in compliance with the contractual terms, current regulations and international norms or standards when applicable.Preparation, review, management and / or adjustment of PIRO schedules.
- Anticipate and report on possible breaches in the commitments of those involved in the PIROs, as well as develop a plan to avoid the materialization of arrears.

- Ensure technical and administrative feedback, to the other contractors, of findings and lessons learned during the development of the contracts.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, practices and procedures, regulations, during the development of PIROs.
- Advise and support contracting processes related to PIROs.
