Scope:- VQ provided supervision services for the implementation of OXYCOL’s Environmental Management Plan as well as regulatory monitoring compliance associated with the Environmental Impact Mitigation plans.
- VQ also provided supervision for the construction and operation of the Caño Limón Oil Field’s industrial landfill and associated facilities.
- Hydraulic analysis and sedimentological characterization of existing produced water disposal ponds with 2 million BWPD capacity. The project was developed in association with WorleyParsons (formely Komex International Ltd.) and Jacques Whitford (both Canadian consulting companies).
