Scope:
Supervision services for the upgrading of substations and power plant replacement at the Banco de Occidente Building in Bogotá. VQ’s main responsibilities included:
- Revision and approval of construction drawings for installation.
- Oversight of civil works, wiring and ducts.
- Revision and approval of construction drawings for installation.
- Oversight of civil works, wiring and ducts.
- Oversight of electrical and power system, installation including the review of RETIE and RETILAP and international certificates as well as review and acceptance of FAT and SAT equipment testing protocols.
- Reception of equipment and verification of compliance with standards and specifications.
- Verification of tests and measuring equipment.
- Verification software suitability versus system adjustments.
- Ensure contractors’ obligations compliance.
