Scope: VQ was retained to provide technical supervision for maintenance works, emergency response plans implementation and other activities associated with pipelines facilities of the Llanos Division. Pipeline facilities included:- Araguaney – El Porvenir: 103 km length; 14” and 12” diameters.
- Apiay – El Porvenir: ,125 km length ; 16” and 12” diameters.
- Pump Stations: Araguaney, Monterrey, El Porvenir and Apiay.
