Scope:

Design and planning preparation to ensure compliance with Colombian legislation and obligations under approved environmental licenses, PMAs and MMAs as well as those included in the E&P contract.

Design social investment plans in consultation with ONGC-VL and local authorities. 

Coordinate and monitor activities related to community communications and relations.

Provide strategies to address issues affecting communities and authorities during operations.

Monitor process and community trends in block CPO5 regarding cultural practices, values ​​and migratory processes in accordance with PMA requirements.
