Client: ENEL - CODENSA

Scope: Services included, supervision and inspection of technical and commercial operations across the ENEL-CODENSA networks. Includes monitoring and inspection of:

• Technical Operations: construction; networks expansion and maintenance; forest management; emergency responses; and, high impact failure responses.
• Commercial Operations: construction, upgrading and maintenance of service entrance (service drop) connections; meter installation, replacement or removal; inspections; macro measurement; meter reading; invoice distribution; on-site billing; tele measurement; service shutdown and reconnection.
