Scope: Supervision services ensuring technical compliance of projects executed by ENEL CODENSA's contractors, ensuring financial management as required by the Financial Support Fund for Energization of Interconnected Rural Zones (FAER), under fiduciary commission as well as ensuring compliance of requirements outlined in the FAER Contract.
Specific Scope :
The project is intended to interconnect more than 150 users in 100 villages in 19 municipalities. The following are the key aspects of the assignment:
• Monitor location and verification of project beneficiaries; validate results for approval by the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
• Supervision and validation of quality standards and environmental management of ENEL’s contractors.
• Review of users’ complains collected by external customers and ENEL-CONDENSA’s employees; analyse and provide recommendations based on data collected.
• Validate contractor’s labor and procurement contractual requirements.
