Scope:
Operational management services related to safety, quality and supervision on the operations site provided by work teams from collaborating companies.- IPAL safety inspections: inspections to contractors’ crews performing works or maintenance activities at offices, facilities, electrical grids and HV/MV and LV substations and power plant in accordance to EEC S.A. ESP`s assignments. The overall purpose of the inspections was to verify compliance with safety and occupational health standards and procedures ensuring a safe operation to prevent accidents.
- IPAL safety inspections: inspections to contractors’ crews performing works or maintenance activities at offices, facilities, electrical grids and HV/MV and LV substations and power plant in accordance to EEC S.A. ESP`s assignments. The overall purpose of the inspections was to verify compliance with safety and occupational health standards and procedures ensuring a safe operation to prevent accidents.
- Safety operational management: On-site verification of safety and occupational health to ensure contractual requirements; operating assistance in support of occupational accident and incident investigations; support to analysis activities and design of occupational risk control specific programs.
- Operational Quality Management: Quality verification activities associated with information delivery by contractors, maintenance and on-going improvement of EEC’s management integrated systems; customer support during audits to integrated management systems taking into consideration the fact that EEC is certified under ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Safety operational management: On-site verification of safety and occupational health to ensure contractual requirements; operating assistance in support of occupational accident and incident investigations; support to analysis activities and design of occupational risk control specific programs.
- Operational Quality Management: Quality verification activities associated with information delivery by contractors, maintenance and on-going improvement of EEC’s management integrated systems; customer support during audits to integrated management systems taking into consideration the fact that EEC is certified under ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
