Scope:
VQ was retained to provide supervision and consulting services for the upgrading and maintenance of the Compensar’s offices across Colombia. Cajas de Compensación Familiar (Family Compensation Funds) are private, non-profit entities, of economic redistribution and solidarity nature, created to improve quality of life of Colombian workers’ families through management and delivery of subsidies and services, from social security contributions made by employers.
Compensar’s Office have infrastructure to provide different services to its affiliates including health, recreation, culture, education and sports.
COMPENSAR is one of the largest family compensation funds in Colombia. It operates in the Department of Cundinamarca with offices and recreation centers, kindergartens and school facilities and, health care centers.
