Scope: Supervision services for the installation, assembly, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and pre-commissioning, activities as well as overall technical support during commissioning and start-up of the ISBL and OSBL for a 300 TPD refined oil production plant as part of the refinery expansion project.
