Scope:

Required activities associated with planning, design, monitoring, controlling, reviewing, verifying, updateing, and ensureing compliance with technical specifications, standards, and contractual obligations for the execution of the expansion project of the Premium Gold Biodiesel Plant from 480 TPD to 720 TPD.

Specific Scope:

Technical Supervision:

• Ensuring projects executionas per contracts conditions.
• Monitoring compliance with the scope, schedule, budget, and quality, anticipating potential issues affecting projects delivery.
• Review and validate contractors invoice documents based on their work quantity calculation sheets, approved Unit Price Analysis (APU) and work actually executed. 
• Administrative Support:
• HSEQ Management.
• Engineering Management.
• QA/QC Management.
• Verification of mechanical and electrical materials used during construction.
• Visual inspection and verification of ultrasonic and dye penetrant tests for pipeline weldsing.
• Inspection and approval of coating and insulation works.
• Verification of insulation tests on power and control cables of electrical equipment installations, Site Acceptance Test (SAT), loop tests for instrumentations, tests of control, power panels and communication systems.
• Verification of SCADA development screens and control loop system testing.

Commissioning Management:

• Provide support during the start-up of the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control components.
