Scope of Work: Technical supervision services for the maintenance work of the flow gates, turbine rehabilitation, and support for draining of the Tunjita Hydropower Plant.

Main Activities:

• Information review (Technical report of the initial survey, turbine rehabilitation, gate maintenance, valve chamber maintenance, conduit maintenance).
• Planning information review.
• Quality Plan review and validation.
• Welding procedures documentation review.
• Oversight and validation of welds non-destructive testing.
• Dimensional control of turbine parts machining conducted by the contractor responsible for rehabilitation.
• Turbine assembly quality assurance and quality control.
• Gravel trap screens.
• Oversight and validation of non-destructive testing for coating application of gates and gravel trap screens.
• Review of design, technical specifications, and calculation spreadsheets for the tilt gates new anchors.
• Calve chamber maintenance.
