Scope: Technical supervision, monitoring, coordination and contracts control to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and budget including compliance of contractual obligations; technical specifications and applicable standards; and, ensure appropriate and timely close-out and liquidation of contracts. Supervised activities included:

• Construction of structures
• Construction of internal and external walls
• Septic tank system installation
• Tank construction
• Installation of building rooftops and finishings
• Installation of hydraulic systems
